Falling in love with someone means accepting not just them but their whole world. There might be things in it that we don't particularly like, but that's what love is about. These beautiful lines by Mohmand Gouse from his novel 826km perfectly capture the essence of pure love.

Reading this book felt like a warm breeze on a calm evening. I connected deeply with the character Hari—not because I'm as introverted as him, but because a few of his traits are similar to mine, and also, people close to me call me Hari too. And Madhu, the female lead, feels so real, like that one girl we all come across during our college days. Her character stays with you.

Mohmand Gouse deserves applause for his engaging writing style. He keeps you hooked until the last page, making you feel as if you're sitting with someone special on a high-rise balcony, sipping coffee (or wine, if that's your thing) while soaking in the city lights.

Love has no age, and neither does this book. It's for everyone.

This year, I went on a book-buying spree and grabbed quite a few gems. I can't wait to read them all and share my thoughts here.

A big shoutout to Anvikshiki Publishers for bringing such beautiful Telugu books to readers and for encouraging young writers to shine. Hats off!
